They make your room every day, but towels and bad sheets they change only once in 3 days. during our stay in hotel there was electric power failure, problem solved on next day.

The hospitality was great! The staff was really friendly!! The view from our room (302) was simply amazing!!! The location of the hotel couldn't be better (less than five minutes from Ayasofya/Agia Sofia on foot). If we visit Konstantinoupolis again we will certainly stay at Modern Sultan Hotel!! The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from major landmarks and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the complimentary breakfast provided a good start to the day.
The shower in the hotel was not up to par, being one of the worst I've experienced in a hotel. Additionally, there were no elevators in the hotel, which could be problematic for guests with mobility issues.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Perfectly placed in the old quarter, just a few minutes from the major sites of the Blue Mosque, Ag Sofia and Topkapi Palace. Room was very comfortable and characterful. Breakfasts were extensive.

I had the most amazing stay at Modern Sultan. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sultanahmet. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of Hagia Sophia. The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending us an Istanbulkart and giving us recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious and convenient for our early morning tours. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.

This hotel is located right in the center of the city, within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms offer fantastic views of Hagia Sophia on lower floors, and the breakfast included a delicious assortment of food with fresh omelettes.
